{"id":22,"date":"2015-09-27T22:53:55","date_gmt":"2015-09-27T22:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geekblog.febo.com\/wp\/?p=22"},"modified":"2019-03-14T22:42:56","modified_gmt":"2019-03-14T22:42:56","slug":"tass-switching-system-announced-and-fun-with-enclosures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.febo.com\/?p=22","title":{"rendered":"TASS Switching System announced, and fun with enclosures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today <a title=\"TAPR\" href=\"http:\/\/tapr.org\">TAPR<\/a> announced availability of a project I&#8217;ve been working on for a while, a computer-controlled switch system called the &#8220;TASS.&#8221;\u00a0 It consists of an 8-port relay bank that handles from DC to 150 MHz, a shield for an Arduino, and open source software for the Arduino. You can order the boards from <a title=\"http:\/\/tapr.org\/kits_tass.html\" href=\"http:\/\/tapr.org\/kits_tass.html\">http:\/\/tapr.org\/kits_tass.html<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I also designed an enclosure for a TASS board plus touchscreen controller, and had that built by <a title=\"Front Panel Express\" href=\"http:\/\/frontpanelexpress.com\">Front Panel Express<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 Here are some pictures of the finished product.
